Although this meeting follows hiring our team and, before that, our free initial franchise assessment, if at the end of the meeting we believe or you believe, for any reason, that franchising now may not be the right fit, we refund 100% of all fees paid to us.

Following our launch meeting we'll be set a comprehensive action list and a series of structured tasks, deliverables, and meetings led by our team and with clear communication, check points, and added value resources while always maintaining an all hands on deck team approach.

Your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is a legal document regulated at the federal and state level. Our development platform includes your direct retention and direct working relationship with The Internicola Law Firm, PC as your franchise legal counsel, at a guaranteed fixed fee and directly accountable to you!

Legal services provided by The Internicola Law Firm, PC also includes registration of your trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, state specific franchise filings and registrations, forming your franchise company, franchise compliance training, and legal representation in your first two franchise sales. Although accounted for in our fixed-fee structure (i.e., no additional charges) the portion of our quoted fixed-fee related to legal is paid separately to The Internicola Law Firm, PC.

The operations manual is the how-to guide for your new franchisees and where you'll be documenting everything from your mission and customer service standards to your training, systems, processes, and suppliers.

Over time, after you sell your first franchise and support your franchisees, your operations manual should continuously evolve and improve. When it comes to preparing operations manuals our clients have different needs. Some have well documented systems and save money by preparing their own manual, while others require lower cost templated guidance or full support with a completely done for you manual.
